Atlantic Canada and Quebec
Severe winter weather conditions in Atlantic Canada and Quebec have resulted in closed roads and other safety risks. As such, there may be delivery delays today in these areas.
Purolator values the safety of our employees as well as integrity of our customers’ shipments. As such, our employees do not drive on or traverse through unsafe roads.
We will make every effort to pick up and deliver packages as soon as we can.
As well, due to increased call volumes resulting from inclement weather conditions, there may be a delay in answering customer calls.
For the most up-to-date tracking on shipments and service updates, we encourage you to continue to visit purolator.com.
Inclement weather, which includes winter storms, heavy snowfall, icy conditions and extreme cold, can often cause impassable roads and safety risks that impede Purolator’s ability to perform its normal pickup and delivery service. These conditions may result in delays and/or packages being held for pickup at a Purolator Shipping Centre or Purolator Shipping Agent location (location specified when tracking a shipment or on a notice left by a courier)
In the event of inclement weather that affects our service, we will update this webpage with alerts for the specific regions affected.
