If you have a Purolator account or want to register, simply log in, enter your shipment details and choose your preferred pickup time and location. Alternatively, you can ask the Purolator Virtual Assistant for assistance or call 1 888 SHIP-123 (1 888 744-7123) to schedule your parcel pickup.

A pickup means a Purolator driver comes directly to your home or business to collect your package. Drop off means you bring your parcel to a nearby shipping centre or drop-off location.
Drop off hours vary by location. Many Purolator Drop Boxes and Parcel Lockers are open 24/7, while retail partners and quick stop kiosks follow local business hours. Check your nearest location’s drop-off times with our location finder.
Most pickups require a shipping label or a completed waybill. Depending on the shipment, additional documents like customs forms or dangerous goods paperwork may be necessary. For more details, here’s all you need to know about how to ship a package.
No, Canada Post does not accept Purolator returns. Please use one of our 3,000+ shipping locations and drop-off points for all returns.
Use our Virtual Assistant by typing “Schedule a Pickup” to get started quickly and without requiring a business account. Or follow these steps manually using E-Ship® Online:
1. Log in to your Purolator account.
2. Go to "Ship & Track," and click "Schedule a Pickup."
3. Fill in the details (like the pickup address, date and time of pickup, number of items, weight and so on) and submit your request.
