Effective Jan. 1, 2026, Purolator is implementing a manual bill of lading administrative service surcharge for Freight/LTL shipments.
The surcharge is $4.25 per shipment and will be applied to shipments that are submitted manually (not via E-Ship Server, E-Ship Web Services or Freight online). The surcharge does not apply to Freight shipments entering Canada from the United States at this time.
This surcharge is reflected in the administrative charges in our updated LTL rate guide. The manual bill of lading charge will appear on Freight invoices from January 17, 2026.
