Effective August 16, 2025, Purolator’s File Transfer Service for EDI data will transition to a modernized cloud-based environment. This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to provide enhanced security, reliability, and data integrity for our valued partners.
What’s Changing:
- No changes to existing Purolator URLs (FTP2.purolator.com), ports, account credentials, or passwords.
- Customers who currently whitelist Purolator IP addresses must switch to URL-based connections immediately to avoid service disruptions.
For AS2 Users:
- You will receive separate, detailed communications.
- The new cloud environment will be available for AS2 testing starting July 8, 2025.
Action Required:
- Please remove IP whitelisting and complete all necessary testing by August 15, 2025.
