Purolator is committed to providing exceptional service and meeting our customers’ needs.

We continue to make progress on the following long-term priorities and investments.

Service expansion: We've expanded our Freight Standard LTL coverage to include more origins in Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick, making cost-effective LTL service options more accessible to our customers. Our recent acquisition of Livingston International strengthens our customs brokerage capabilities, creating a powerhouse in transportation and trade.

Network growth and sustainability: With the largest nationally integrated freight network in Canada, we’re continually expanding and optimizing our network by investing in new terminals and state-of-the-art automated equipment. We continue to invest in innovative ways to minimize our environmental impacts and reduce emissions including using renewable diesel for our middle-mile, optimizing our routes, and deploying alternative-fuel vehicles and lower-carbon transportation solutions.

Community impact: We continue to support our communities through programs like Purolator Tackle Hunger, which has raised more than 25 million pounds of food for Canadian food banks since it began in 2003.

The new LTL Rate Guide will be available on the Shipping Rates, Zones & Service Guides page of purolator.com on Jan. 1, 2026.
