Following the maintenance work, should you be experiencing any issues logging in, please clear your browsing data and cache. Then close and reopen your browser before trying again. 

Following this work, ESO customers are no longer able to access their archives from the “Archive” page, which contains records older than two years. You can continue to retrieve shipping activity from the past two years via selecting any of the following reports from the "Reports" dropdown menu - Shipment Activity Report, Shipment Details Report, Shipment Summary Report, Download Reports.
