Updated rates will be in effect as of Sept. 1, 2025. Rate changes allow us to tailor our business needs, while enhancing our network and delivery options for our customers. This standard annual rate increase is not applicable to customers with negotiated agreements with Purolator.
Purolator is committed to providing exceptional service and meeting our customers’ needs. We continue to invest in the future to ensure we can maintain our high levels of service for consumers and businesses. We made progress on the following long-term priorities and investments.
- Service: With the largest number of operational terminals in Canada, we deliver to every postal code in the country, and with more than 3,000 access points nationally, 75 per cent of Canadians are within three kilometres of a Purolator shipping location. Our recent acquisition of North American customs brokerage Livingston International enables us to provide an increased breadth of capabilities to our customers, creating a powerhouse in transportation and trade.
- Network: We are maintaining investment in the growth of our network, through new terminals, automated equipment and our expanding fleet of electric vehicles.
- Digital transformation: We recently enhanced our Purolator Your Way experience, launching capability for user profile for end receivers with persistent preferences for signature and delivery location. We also launched signature exception for shippers, helping customers with high-value shipments meet mandatory requirements for customer signatures on delivery regardless of an SNR sticker. Recent upgrades to Purolator Vision offer customers expanded capabilities including displaying new PIN for Return to Sender Shipments and optimized PIN search updates for Recycled PINs.
- Delivering for our planet, our people and our neighbours: We continue to support our communities and sustainability by advancing our goal to be an industry leader in corporate sustainability on our path to reach net-zero emissions by 2050 and through our Purolator Tackle Hunger program, which has raised more than 25 million pounds of food for Canadian food banks since it began in 2003.
