Yes. Purolator’s returns solutions work across all our major shipping channels, including E-Ship Online, E-Ship Web Services and E-Ship Server. This gives you the flexibility to integrate returns however you choose. Package-Free Returns and Open Verify are add-on services and available only through specific channels. Please contact us for details.
Returnees can conveniently drop off return packages at one of over 3,000 Purolator access points. No printer? No problem! We also support label printing when returnees present a QR code at over 2,200 locations.
Open Verify is a solution to combat fraudulent returns. This service is available through the Returns Portal and requires the returnee to visit a Purolator retail store.
Open Verify enables item validation at the point of return for an added fee. It also offers the ability to mitigate fraudulent shipments, and allow for businesses to issue refunds quicker.
