We chose the dates and times below for these improvements because they will be the least disruptive for the majority of our customers.
Functionalities on E-Ship® Online (ESO) and E-Ship® Web Services (EWS) will be unavailable during the following times:
- Aug. 10, 2025, from 12:00 midnight until 10:30 a.m. ET – limited functionality*
- Aug. 24, 2025, from 12:00 midnight until 9:00 a.m. ET – not accessible
- Aug. 30 from 6:00 p.m. until Sunday, Aug. 31 at 6:00 p.m. ET – limited functionality*
* Limited functionality: shipment creation, label printing and estimates will be unavailable. During these outages, our online Billing Centre will also be unavailable. You will not be able to access invoices or submit payments at those times.
After Aug. 24, you will no longer be able to access ESO’s “Archive” page, which contains records older than two years. Customers can continue to retrieve shipping activity from the past two years via selecting any of the following reports from the "Reports" dropdown menu - Shipment Activity Report, Shipment Details Report, Shipment Summary Report, Download Reports. Please download any required archive data before Aug 24.
