Inclement weather, which includes winter storms, heavy snowfall, icy conditions and extreme cold, can often cause impassable roads and safety risks that impede Purolator’s ability to perform its normal pickup and delivery service. These conditions may result in delays and/or packages being held for pickup at a Purolator Shipping Centre or Purolator Shipping Agent location (location specified when tracking a shipment or on a notice left by a courier).

In the event of inclement weather that affects our service, we will update this webpage with alerts for the specific regions affected.
