Due to increased shipment volume during the holiday season, effective Nov. 26, 2018, until further notice, Purolator is extending our guarantee on time-definite services by 90 minutes.

Additional holiday service changes
We are also making the following changes throughout our holiday season:

  • Shipments for arrival before Dec. 24, 2018: If you require next-day service on shipments to arrive by Dec. 24, we encourage you to ship no later than Thursday, Dec. 20, to allow for any possible weather-related delay that may occur during this time of year.

  • Not accepting new pickup requests for Dec. 24 and Dec. 31, 2018: In order to complete as many deliveries as possible before Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, as well as plan for regularly scheduled pick-ups for customers that close early, we will not be accepting ad hoc/call-in pick-up requests for Monday, Dec. 24 and Monday, Dec. 31. Regular account pickups will remain in place. You can still drop off your shipments at our Purolator Shipping Centres if you wish to ship on these two days.
