Purolator is committed to continually improving our infrastructure to better serve our customers. We will soon be upgrading our IT infrastructure to build stronger, more integrated online shipping systems.

From Saturday, July 7 at 9 p.m. to Sunday, July 8 at 7 a.m. EDT, customers will not be able to create shipments using:

  • E-Ship® Online (ESO)
  • E-Ship® Now (ESN)
  • E-Ship® Web Services (EWS)

Other services and shipping channels will be available. They include:

  • Purolator E-Ship® Server (ESS) – you can conduct your business as usual.
  • Purolator E-Ship® EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) – you will be able to create shipments and obtain estimates.
  • The Online Billing Centre will be available.
  • You can also track a shipment and schedule a pick-up on our free mobile app, which you can download from Apple iTunes and Google Play.
