Purolator is committed to continually improving our infrastructure to better serve our customers. We will soon be upgrading our IT infrastructure to build stronger, more integrated online shipping systems.
From Saturday, March 23 at 9 p.m. to Sunday, March 24 at 4 p.m. EDT, the following functionality will not be available:
- ESO and EWS – credit card shipments, estimates and the ability to cancel shipments
- E-Ship® Now (Ship as a Guest)
- Online Billing Centre will not be available for registered users
Other services and shipping channels will be available. They include:
- Purolator E-Ship® Server (ESS) – you can conduct your business as usual.
- Purolator E-Ship® EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) – you will be able to create shipments and obtain estimates.
- Online Billing Centre will be available to non-registered users who use Quick Pay
- You can also track a shipment and schedule a pick-up on our free mobile app, which you can download from Apple iTunes and Google Play.
