The following browsers and settings are recommended to ship online:

Make sure that Javascript is enabled on your browsers.
- From the Menu bar of your Internet browser page, click on “Help” to see what version of Internet Explorer you are running.
- If you are using Internet Explorer, we recommend adding our website (purolator.com) to your compatibility view settings. To view your settings, click on “Tools,” and then on “Compatibility View Settings.” You'll see our website address. Click “Add.”
Follow these steps to reprint a shipping label for the current day:
- Go to “Ship & Track.”
- Choose “Reprint Shipment Documents.”
- Enter the Tracking Number/PIN you would like to reprint or choose “List All” from “Shipping Documents.”
- Click on the printer icon on the left-hand side of the document type.
A shipping label can be cancelled only the same day it is created/dated for, and the shipping label must be cancelled before midnight (12 a.m.) ET of that day. To cancel a shipment, follow these steps:
- Go to “Ship & Track.”
- Choose “Cancel a Shipment.”
- Select the shipment that needs to be cancelled.
- Click on “Cancel.”
When the shipment is cancelled, you will see the cancellation details on your screen.
