Nov. 15, 2017 – Purolator expects to handle increased shipping volumes this holiday season and will move approximately one million packages on both of its busiest shipping dates: Cyber Monday and Dec. 4.

MISSISSAUGA, March 27, 2017 – Purolator is looking forward to resuming collective bargaining in light of the decision by 56 per cent of the members of Teamsters Canada to reject the company’s latest offer. The union also issued 72-hours’ notice of a possible strike, which would commence Wednesday March 29 at 4:30 p.m. ET.

Purolator has released its holiday shipping schedule for packages to arrive in domestic, U.S. and international destinations by Dec. 24, 2017.The company’s send-by dates schedule and shipping tips will get packages safely to their destination and on time.

MISSISSAUGA, March 29, 2017 – Purolator has reached a tentative agreement with the unanimous endorsement of the Teamsters’ bargaining team.

Jan. 8, 2018 – Purolator is pleased to announce that it has raised the equivalent of 1.5 million pounds of food during the 15th season of its Purolator Tackle Hunger® program.

Purolator is strengthening its cross-border and international capabilities and has hired Paul Tessy as Senior Vice President, International. Mr. Tessy is responsible for leading the company’s international business which includes a significant U.S./Canada cross-border business, global solutions and value-added logistics services. He reports to John Ferguson, President and CEO, Purolator.

April 28, 2017 – Purolator and Teamsters Canada have a new five-year collective agreement. Earlier today, unionized employees, represented by Teamsters, voted to ratify the tentative agreement that was reached on March 28.

Thursday, January 12, 2018 – After recording its strongest peak season in recent history, Purolator is already seeing high volumes of shipping activity continue into January.
