We are experiencing technical difficulties with our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) BizTalk application. The issue is affecting our EDI shipping channel regarding EDI updates for package movement (track and trace), and billing and invoicing are not currently being transmitted.
Here are the following impacts:
- EDI manifest processing is on hold
- EDI scan tracking is on hold
- EDI AS2 customers who send manifest or shipment inquiry files are receiving a connection error. If you are an AS2 customer please withhold transmission of manifests until you are notified by Purolator.
We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
