Due to recent hurricanes throughout areas of the southeastern U.S., we anticipate delivery delays in some of these regions.

Purolator is committed to protecting our customers by meeting the most current security requirements when transmitting shipment data.

Purolator is prepared to provide the service you expect with every shipment we deliver. While we will continue to meet our customers’ shipping needs during this holiday season, please be advised that we have extended our guaranteed delivery times by 90 minutes for all shipments tendered effective Nov. 29, 2017 until further notice. We will, however, still be expected to deliver these shipments on time wherever possible.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties on our E-Ship® Online (ESO) and E-Ship® Web Services (EWS) shipping channels. As a result, some customers may not be able to obtain estimates and create or cancel shipments on these shipping channels.

Severe winter weather conditions in Atlantic Canada and Quebec have resulted in closed roads and other safety risks. As such, there may be delivery delays today in these areas.
