Due to winter weather conditions in Ontario that are affecting our network, we may experience shipment delays across the country today.

We are making system enhancements to serve you better. As a result, our E-Ship® Online (ESO) and E-Ship® Web Services (EWS) shipping systems will not be available from Saturday, Jan. 27 at 9 p.m. to Sunday, Jan. 28 at 6 a.m. EDT.We apologize for the inconvenience this disruption may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Due to increased shipment volume during the holiday season, effective Nov. 26, 2018, until further notice, Purolator is extending our guarantee on time-definite services by 90 minutes.

Purolator service guarantees are now reinstated, following a significant increase in shipment volumes over the holiday period.

Winter storm conditions throughout areas of Alberta and B.C. Interior are impacting our service, causing delays to shipments traveling in and out of these regions at the end of this week and into the weekend.

Due to extreme high shipment volume to be processed throughout this week and winter weather causing late air and linehaul arrivals, we are experiencing delivery delays of one to two days across the country.

Please be advised that effective March 28, 2017 Purolator is taking the step of ceasing to accept shipments to ensure the integrity of our customers’ shipments should a labour disruption occur.

Severe winter weather is affecting parts of Atlantic Canada and may cause pickup and delivery service delays.Purolator values the safety of our employees. As such, we may be adjusting routes and service levels to account for adverse weather and unsafe road conditions.
